New High School Student Registration Process Summer 2019

PRIORITY I

 

Complete the online application and submit the completed & signed R-40 Form to Admissions & Records by April 15, 2019.

    • Apply online here: cccapply 
    • Please visit the A&R Office for assistance if unable to complete online application.
    • Locate the R-40 form here
    • Online priority registration access will be given only to those who meet the 4/15/19 deadline.
    • Students will be assigned online registration appointment dates of 5/12 – 5/16/19.
PRIORITY II

 

Students who complete the online application and submit the completed & signed R-40 form to Admissions & Records between April 16th through May 13, 2019:

    • Online priority registration access will be given to students who complete the application/R-40 process between 4/16 – 5/13/19.
    • Please visit the A&R Office for assistance if unable to complete online application.
    • Students will be assigned online registration appointment dates of 5/19 – 5/23/19.
PRIORITY III

 

Students who complete the online application and submit the completed & signed R-40 form to Admissions & Records between May 14th through May 24, 2019:

    • Students will be permitted to register for courses starting on May 28, 2019 in person in the Admissions & Records office.
    • Online registration dates will not be given to students who apply after May 13, 2019.

Important Things to Remember when Applying & Registering:

    • It is recommended that students provide their Social Security # when applying online, to expedite the application process.
        • If student has no Social Security #, please apply on paper application in the Admissions & Records Office.
    • Students can only register for the courses the HS approved on the R-40. Students will be dropped from courses not approved by their HS.
    • Students may enroll in 7 units or less.
    • This priority registration process applies to EVC courses ONLY.
    • HS students are not permitted to enroll in PE courses or remedial Math & English courses (300 level).
    • Students must provide HS transcript and clear prerequisites with an EVC Counselor if enrolling in Math, English, Science or COMSC courses.
    • Please be sure to print or take a photo of the class schedule once registered.
