Trang Le

My name is Trang Le. I have been studying in Evergreen for three years in Business Administration major and going to transfer next fall. I love to study in Evergreen because of the responsible professors, nice students, and the most important friendly staff. Luckily, I have the opportunity to work with them as a part of Student Success Ambassadors. This is a program for students answer students' questions.  I am very happy that I can help EVC students especially Vietnamese Students who speak English as Second Language. I can read, write and speak Vietnamese language fluently. All Student Success Ambassadors and I are ardent to help EVC Students.

Syene Ingram

My Name is Syene Ingram, I am 18 years old and my major at Evergreen is Health Science. I plan on becoming a physical therapist when I transfer over. I love to write stories, read, and create new things. I discovered that I wanted to be a physical therapist when I was in my senior year of high school. What really made me decide to be a physical therapist was a certain girl in my class; whenever I got in the room she would always ask me to help her stretch. I loved helping, and she would say that I was really good at helping her workout her muscles, and I knew then that I wanted to be a physical therapist and help people with any problems they may have in their bodies. My goal is to get my degree from EVC, and to transfer to Azusa Pacific University, where I will get my degree in physical therapy.

Ogechukwu Ogamba

My name is Ogechukwu Ogamba and my major is General studies in Health Science. I have not decided where I want to go yet, but I will in the future. I want to achieve many things but I want to be successful and you can never have too many degrees under your belt.

Ermina Tinajero

I love science and math; it's the reason I chose to come to EVC. I love to help and not just my friends. I live by many quotes two in particular, "Nankurunaisa," in English it means, "lt will all work out." The other quote I live by is, "Paradise is a state of mind the promise in every sunrise brings hope and a chance to make the world just a little bit better. "That is what I want to do with my life is make the world a little better and that is what I will do one day.

I plan on moving to Mission College, to pursue a degree in Fire Technology. My overall career goal is to become a Firefighter in either San Jose, or any neighboring city.

Peter Chaydez

Being the first in my family to go to college I find it an important opportunity to embrace every aspect of college life and academia. In some parts of the world further education is rarely offered which is a subtle, empowering reminder for me to stay humble, focused, and fortunate of the opportunity at hand.
