The Evergreen Valley College Transfer & Career Center (T&CC) mission is to help students achieve their career and transfer goals by providing them with the tools and guidance to be successful. The Center services will empower students of diverse backgrounds to identify a major or field of interest. Students will have the opportunity to prepare for the transfer process or explore the career trajectory of their choice. The T&CC strives to provide educational equity by addressing the diverse needs of our student population.

Student Success mandates require all students to declare their course of study upon completion of 15 degree applicable units. The Transfer & Career Center provides the tools and support needed to help you decide on a major or career path that is right for you.

EVC offers certificates, Career Technical Education (CTE), transfer opportunities to CSU's (AA-T, AS-T), UC's and private colleges.  Please stop by the Transfer & Career Center; it is your beginning t​o a brighter future. We are committed to your success. ​​​

Transfer News & updates

  • Effective June 1, 2017, apply to the CSU at May 31st is the last day to submit applications via CSU Mentor for the Fall 2017 term, applications initiated though not submitted will not be available in Cal State Apply. Cal State Apply is a website designed to help students and their families learn about the California State University (CSU) system. Plan for college and find information on any CSU of your choice. Explore CSU campuses online. Obtain financial aid and campus housing information. Plan, explore, and apply. Create a Cal State Apply account and apply for admissions online. The University of California (UC) website allows students and their families to research university and admission requirements. Plan for transferring and find information on any UC of your choice.  Explore online and find the UC that is right for you.  Obtain financial aid and campus housing information. Plan, explore, and apply. Create an account and apply for admissions online. Check out all 9 undergraduate campuses.

PRIVATE COLLEGES & UNIVERSITIES California and out-of-state colleges & universities use the Common Application. Explore to see if the private colleges & universities you are interested in transferring to uses this application. To begin, review this handout to prepare before you start your application. Note: The Common Application is not an application you can complete the night before the deadline. We strongly suggest you begin the application no less than 2 months prior to the application deadline.
