Campus Technology Support Services StaffThe CTSS department assists campus departments and staff to acquire and install all technology products on campus. CTSS also provides support and maintenance for all equipment in the classrooms, labs, staff offices, and events on campus, including, but not limited to​:

    • Desktops (PC & Mac)
    • Laptops (PC & Mac)
    • Printers (networked and standalone)
    • Local Area Network (LAN)
    • Wireless Local Area network (WLAN)
    • Audio and video system (AV)
    • Projectors and Videoconferencing

For any technical assistance, please call 6411 or send an e-mail to HelpDesk@sjeccd.edu. The Help Desk staff will make note of the problem description and route the ticket to the appropriate technician. Your support and service requests will be prioritized accordingly, based on the impact to our students, campus safety, and health of the campus network infrastructure.

All services and requests mentioned are offered solely for the use of staff and faculty of Evergreen Valley College. ​

Need help with equipment, software, repairs or video conferencing? Complete the request below!

On December 17, 2018, ITSS will launch our new ITSS Help Desk portal, https://services.sjeccd.edu/tdclient/home, powered by TeamDynamix. As part of our self-service strategy, we are replacing our 18-year-old ticketing system with a new Help Desk ticketing system that provides multiple ways to interact, including self-service. Formsite has been discontinued to submit Help Desk requests.

To access the ITSS Help Desk portal, go to
https://services.sjeccd.edu/tdclient/home, and login with your District email address and password, and then choose Submit an IT Request.

The ITSS Help Desk email address has changed to 
ITSS.helpdesk@sjeccd.edu. However, the current email address will automatically route to the new system.

CTSS works as a team in providing support to the community. However, due to complexity and rapid change of the technology, each member of our staff focuses on a different area. Over time, they have developed their own specialty within the department as shown below.

New Equipment Purchase

The CTSS department assists campus departments with the purchase of technology products. Staff are encouraged to consult with CTSS when looking for technical solution to their business requirements. CTSS is able to specify products that ensures standards and compatibilities with the campus network infrastructure. For these types of purchases, CTSS can assist with providing a price quote which can be used to create a purchase requisition in Colleague​.
