The Disabilities Support Program (DSP) at Evergreen Valley College offers specialized courses designed for students with a variety of disabilities.  The specialized courses are as follows:

• Guidance 100 – Diagnostic Learning
• Guidance 104 – Diagnostic Learning – Writing Strategies (emphasis in spelling)
• Guidance 110 – Speech and Language Skills
  • Emphasis in auditory processing
  • Emphasis in memory strategies
  • Emphasis in speech/language assessment
• Guidance 115 – Computer Assisted Instruction
• Guidance 150 – Adaptive Word Processing
• Individualized Instruction 210 – Supervised Tutoring
• PED 22A – Adapted Cross Training
• PED 56A – Adapted Strength Training

What are the enrollment procedures?

To enroll in any of the classes offered through the DSP, an appointment should be made with the counselor in the Disabilities Support Program (DSP). The DSP is located in the Student Services Building, room SC-120, and the telephone number is (408) 270-6447 Voice or (408) 238-8722 TDD.
