Description
A health fee of $16.00 is charged to those students who do not qualify for a fee waiver. Student Health Services is located in room SC-124, on the bottom floor of the Student Center Building. The telephone number is (408) 270-6480.
The Health Clinic provides a medical doctor, a nurse practitioner, registered nurses, a dietician, and personal counselors to assist currently enrolled students with health-related and psychological matters. All services are completely confidential.
We are open:
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.,
Tuesday, Thursday – Closed 12 – 1 p.m.
Wednesday – 4 – 8 p.m.
Friday – Closed
All services are available on an appointment basis only unless it is an emergency.
