President Search Finalists
With over 30 years' experience in higher education, Keith Aytch embodies a life dedicated to educational advancement for all. Keith earned his bachelor's and master's degree from Cal State University, Sacramento. He later earned an administrative credential from National University and will complete his Ed.D fall 2018 in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Keith has served over 15 years in educational leadership and prior to that 18 years working with diverse learners as an instructional faculty at Evergreen Valley College and American River College. His commitment to underserved communities earned him an induction into the Silicon Valley Black Legends Hall of Fame earlier this year and Administrator of the Year Award in 2012. Keith's highest honor, however, is serving the community at Evergreen Valley College.
Dr. Melinda Nish is currently serving as Interim Associate Superintendent/Vice President, Academic Affairs, at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria, California. She joined Hancock in January of this year and is helping the college with enrollment management goals, supporting the launch of the Hancock Promise program, and overseeing the expansion of a growing dual enrollment program.
