Press Release Submission Process
Got an idea for a story you'd like to promote to newspapers, TV or radio? Please send us the story details and include the following elements:
- What's happening
- Who's involved
- Where it's taking place
- When it's happening
- Which media you'd like us to definitely cover (i.e., KTVU 5pm News or Education section of SJ Mercury News, etc.)
- Interviewees and their contact info (who are the experts on this story? How can we contact them for interviews?)
Send the information in an email to EVCMarketing@evc.edu. Before sending it, please be sure to get your supervisor's approval and cc them on your request to us.
