President's Volunteer Service Award
The President's Volunteer Award (PVSA) is the premier volunteer award program in the nation, issued by the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation on behalf of the President of The United States. The award recognizes citizens' valuable service contributions to their community and their civic participation.
The Service-Learning and Public Service (SL&PS) program is proud to serve as an official certificating organization for the President’s Volunteer Award (PVSA)
We verify the number of service hours, and nominate eligible volunteers. We cover the cost for an award package for active EVC students.
