California State Universities (CSUs)

The California State University (CSU) is the largest public university system in the U.S., comprising 23 campuses and seven off-campus centers. It is one of California’s three public higher education systems, alongside the University of California and California Community Colleges.

Students are encouraged to contact the admissions representative/counselor directly using the “Admissions Representatives/Counselors Contact List” at their prospective CSU(s) to discuss their transfer goals and major-specific questions and also meet with an EVC Counselor for guidance.

The University of California (UC) is a public land-grant research university system headquartered in Oakland, comprising ten campuses—nine of which offer undergraduate degrees.  Campuses are located in Berkeley, Davis, Irvine, Los Angeles, Merced, Riverside, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, and San Francisco (offers graduate/professional degrees only).  The UC system also operates research and academic centers across California and internationally.  The University of California (UC) is one of California’s three public higher education systems, alongside the California State University and California Community Colleges.
