Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) - (2007-2008)

The Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC), which was originally implemented in Fall 1991 is a series of courses that community college students can use to satisfy lower division general education requirements at any CSU or UC campus. All coursework applicable to IGETC must be completed and certified in order to be accepted by the CSU or UC. Each course certified must have a minimum of "C" grade.
