Technology Resource Center (TRC)
Services
The TRC is available to provide training and support to faculty and staff based on their need and request. We provide online and one-on-one training to groups or individuals who want to integrate a variety of web/multimedia presentations, communication and collaboration technologies into their courses. We provide assistance on online course planning, instructional design and development, pedagogy, and best practices for online teaching/learning, research of discipline-specific web resources, as well as utilization of various educational software tools.
Equipment
The TRC contains 8 computers (7 PCs and 1 Mac) for faculty/staff use as well as for small technology training groups. A scanner and a computerized scantron are also available. The software installed is MS Office, Camtasia, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.
