EVC Pride

Mission Statement

The mission of EVC PRIDE is to build connections, promote visibility, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community on campus.

Vision Statement

EVC Pride strives to educate and amplify the voices of our LGBTQ+ students and allies. We are a student centered, equitable learning community offering support in and outside the classroom.  We welcome and value members of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions. Our goal is to provide opportunities and guidance for students to succeed at EVC and the world.

Trans Women of Color Coalition (TWOCC)

Trevor Project National organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ youth under 25 years of age.

SPART*A (trans military)

Advocacy organization for transgender people currently serving or who have served in the United States military and their families. Provides educational and professional development resources and information on how to navigate military transgender policy and health care.

Zuna Institute National Advocacy Organization for Black Lesbians based in Sacramento, CA.

Seven day fundraising bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles co-produced by the Los Angeles LGBT Center and San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
