The Womyn's Gender Equity Center's mission is to serve as a resource for the entire Evergreen Valley College community, while placing the experiences of female-identifying individuals at the center of our gender equity and social justice work.
Pregnant & Parenting Student Rights
Title IX, the federal law under the Education Amendment Act of 1972, and California law prohibits discrimination based on sex, in educational programs and activities. Title IX also prohibits discrimination against Pregnant and Parenting Students.
