District-Wide COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement Update

Dear Students:

Thank you to all who have already submitted your proof of vaccination or have contacted us with questions or requests to help you work through any technical issues you have been facing. As a reminder, the deadline to submit your proof of vaccination for COVID-19 is October 18.

Please note, students will not be administratively withdrawn from classes this semester as we complete verification of vaccination documentation and exemption requests. However, suppose you do not provide proof of vaccination or apply for an exemption. In that case, the College will place a HOLD on your educational record, which means that you will be unable to modify your current class schedule or register for subsequent terms. Students will still have the ability to request transcripts.

SUBMITTNG PROOF OF VACCINATION

Students may now submit their proof of vaccination electronically by accessing EVC's MyHealth portal. To upload a picture of your hard copy vaccination card or digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record, please refer to the step-by-step directions for uploading your student vaccination record or watch the How to Upload Your Vaccination Record video.
