- WHAT: Drop-in mindfulness-based workshop for relaxation

- WHO: Open to EVC students and staff
- Feel free to bring your own blanket and props. Mats provided.

4/15: Passive Muscle Relaxation
An alternative to progressive relaxation technique. Passive muscle relaxation can induce deep relaxation throughout your mind and body.
4/22: Guided Visualization Breathwork
Combining breath awareness with visualization can help participants explore their inner landscapes while creating healing imagery together as a group.
5/13: Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Progressive muscle relaxation involves tensing and relaxing different muscle groups of the body.
