Service Area Outcomes

Service Area Outcomes (SAOs) support the ongoing assessment and evaluation of Evergreen Valley College's non-instructional areas by measuring the effectiveness of the services they provide to students and the broader community. Service areas develop meaningful SAOs that align with their mission and core functions, defining what a student, staff, faculty member, or community member will experience, receive, or know as a result of a given service. These outcomes are assessed regularly, and the results are used to guide planning, improve services, and ensure continuous quality improvement in support of student success and institutional effectiveness.
