Evergreen Valley College has partnered with San Jose State University to offer a 5-Semester concurrent enrollment program. Through this program students will earn both Associate's Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degrees, taking courses at EVC and SJSU simultaneously. 

Prospective ICCP-BSN students need to fill out the Generic 2-year Associate's Degree in Nursing application and indicate their interest in the ICCP-BSN program on the application. ICCP-BSN applicants who are admitted to the EVC Nursing program and meet the ICCP-BSN eligibility requirements (see below) will be sent a formal ICCP-BSN application. Students that are selected for the ICCP-BSN program can choose to enter into that program of enter the Generic ADN program. 

To be eligible to apply for the ICCP, students must meet all Generic ADN requirements and have:

  1. Completed a minimum of 60 degree transferable units
  2. Completed the "golden four" course (English 1A, oral communications, critical thinking and transfer level math (statistics)) or hold a Bachelor's degree.

For applicants who do not hold Bachelor's degrees, it CSU GE Certification is recommended. You can get CSU GE Certified by contacting the academic counseling department at the school where you completed the majority of your courswork.
