Financial Aid Application Process

Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your financial aid application. If you submit a FAFSA or Cal Dream Act application, you do not need to submit a CA Promise Grant application. After we process your FAFSA/Cal Dream application, you will be awarded a Promise Grant if you are eligible. The applications for all 3 programs can be found below.

  1. California College Promise Grant (CPG)
  2. FAFSA
  3. Cal Dream App

Verification

Verification is the process your school uses to confirm that the data reported on your FAFSA form is accurate. If you're selected for verification, your school will request additional documentation that supports the information you reported. Don't assume you're being accused of doing anything wrong.

Students selected for verification must submit all required financial aid documents through Student Forms .

Additional Forms

  1. If you would like to give consent to a parent or another person to gain access to your financial aid records, please submit the Authorization-for-Release-of-Student-Record form into the Financial Aid Office.
  2. If you need to declare or update your Academic Program (major), please submit the Demographics & Major Change Form.
  3. Additional forms and documents may be requested by the Financial Aid Office. Submit documents through Student Forms. If you need help, give us a call or visit the office.
